In each of 12 regions in the state, women are gathering to develop their area Regional Solutions Network (RSN). They connect existing networks and organizations in a powerful grid to drive new solutions to issues identified in the TAKE ACTION! Papers (TAPs).

By working in concert, we focus statewide attention and the expertise of experienced problem-solvers on those recommendations that emerged from our early “think tank” work. The RSN process incubates talent to deepen the pool of women available to assume leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. And RSNs compound our impact, introducing innovative local collaborative models into the network to raise the grade for Wisconsin women.
