Yvonne Lumsden-Dill is Executive Director, Women’s Leadership Institute of Mount Mary College. The Institute provides programs and resources for women’s leadership development throughout Wisconsin, and works with existing organizations and programs in collaboration with women leaders across the state, to address leadership gaps.

Previously, Yvonne was Director of Industry and Corporate Relations at Miller Brewing Company, where she was successful in establishing grassroots relations and stakeholder partnerships across the country. Prior to joining Miller, she was federal lobbyist and Foundation Vice President at Asarco International in New York. Ms. Lumsden-Dill is a management and communications consultant who specializes in issues management, information analysis, implementation of public policy strategies, and stakeholder relationship building. Ms. Lumsden-Dill has served on numerous boards and municipal task forces, including the Mayor’s Task Force on Traffic Safety. She is a member of The Leaders Forum, International Association of Business Communicators, Toastmasters International, Wisconsin Women Equal Prosperity and the Hansberry-Sands Theatre Company Advisory Board. She was named a 2005 “Woman of Influence” in the category of public policy by The Business Journal.
