Marsha served as WW=P’s first executive director where she marshaled the resources of the RSN network and the many organizational partnerships throughout the state to help build a strong foundation for the organization. She provided statewide leadership, communication, coordination and administration for the fast growing initiative.

Marsha is a multidimensional business professional with a career spanning nearly three decades that includes senior management positions in manufacturing operations and business development with major corporations in the electrical controls and construction industries. Most recently as a business development consultant she provided strategic and tactical expertise to corporations and nonprofit organizations to help clients navigate through the challenges and opportunities of running a business.

Ms. Block is currently President, MBA— My Business Advisors, where she provides counseling and training in strategic thinking, business execution skills, and consensus building and engagement.

Additionally, Marsha volunteers for a number of organizations, including her position as recent, past president of Professional Dimensions, a leading Milwaukee women’s organization that promotes the professional and personal growth of women. She also serves as current chair of Milwaukee Women, inc.
