St. Catherine’s High School Seeks a Vice President for Institutional Advancement

St. Catherine’s High School is a faith community in the Catholic tradition committed to the Christian Education of young men and women. It is sponsored by the Racine Dominicans and witness to the mission, values, and commitment of its sponsors. St. Catherine’s is supported by a strong partnership with students, parents, staff, alumni, local parishes, and the Racine community. The VP for Institutional Advancement will cultivate stakeholders for successful stewardship.

Knowledge, skills and abilities of prospective candidates span tasks such as:

1. Willingness to uphold and promote the mission, goals, and objectives of St. Catherine’s High School.
2. Bachelor’s degree required. Certified Fundraising Executive or Master’s degree a plus.
3. Five to Ten year of advancement experience, supervisory experience, and knowledge of general development operations.
4. Experience in and proven success in major and planned giving, annual fund coordination and alumni outreach.
5. Proven success with the results of a Capital Campaign.
6. Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software. Understanding of Raiser’s Edge software.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Vice President for Institutional Advancement reports to the President, and works collaboratively with school administration and faculty.
