Become a caring pen pal with ePals’ eMentoring literacy program—In2Books.

ePals Foundation was founded in 1996 and merged with In2Books in 2006, ePals offers K-12 students and teachers around the world a safe environment for building and exchanging knowledge based on protected connectivity tools, evidence-based curricula and authentic, collaborative learning experiences.

On your own time, right from your desk, correspond with a third-fifth grade student via online letters about important issues in five books you will read together throughout the school year. It only takes a few hours a month from September - June.

To ensure the safety of our students, all pen pals will need to pass a standard background check.

This is a great opportunity for volunteers looking for any of the following opportunities:
· virtual volunteer programs
· online volunteering
· mentoring a student in need
· elementary education and literacy
· online mentoring to help an under resourced student

To learn more or to become a pen pal, go to In2Books.
