The position of Presiding Board Steward Supervisor will assist the Division of Gaming, Racing Bureau in the development of policies and procedures for operation of the racetrack. It will be the responsibility of the Presiding Board Steward Supervisor to interpret and enforce the rules of racing and be responsible for all racing related matters that occur at the racetrack. The Presiding Board Steward is first-line supervisor to the Division employees at the racetrack. The position provides coordination between racetrack and Division personnel to maintain conditions to protect the public and maintain confidence in racing.
