Public Allies Seeks Data Entry Volunteers

Are you a detail-oriented person? Do you enjoy working with data? If you enthusiastically answered, YES, to both questions, Public Allies is looking for you to help us with one of our database projects.

Public Allies is re-building its alumni database and they need a few more people to help them key in data into their Kintera database during the months of April and May. At the end the project, they want to be able to pull up from anywhere in the country and at any time of the day, current contact information (email, mailing and phone #s) for their alumni network and communicate with them.

This volunteer opportunity is ideal for someone who has 3–5 hours/week to contribute, enjoys working with data and understands the importance of data in effectively communicating with people. Plus, it is a great opportunity to gain exposure to Public Allies and work with the Kintera
database system.

If you are interested in helping out, please contact Merilou Gonzales via email (meriloug@publicallies.org) or phone (414.273.0533 x23).
