Servant Leadership
Servant Leadership is transformative; it is values-based. A true servant leader serves others to help them better their condition, and works toward the good of the whole. Some of the most successful people in the world are servant leaders. They are people who want to better the living condition for society by providing an amazing service, or inventing products; or developing technologies. For an organization to be truly successful, it must be willing to walk the talk, in a transparent and intentional way. How we treat each other becomes practice; practice drives policy; policies result in desired outcomes. For that to happen, conversation in the organization is essential. We help change the culture in the organization by slowly engaging others, and modeling the behavior of true servant leaders.
