Cardinal Stritch’s Helen Bader Lecture Series in collaboration with the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee Present:
Bernardo Ferdman, Ph.D. Lecture
Bernardo Ferdman, Ph.D. is a professor at Alliant International University and principal at Ferdman & Associates Consulting. As a university professor since 1986, he has broad knowledge of theory, research, and practice in organization development, cross-cultural management and leadership, and issues surrounding diversity and inclusion. He has published extensively on these topics and was recently awarded the Outstanding International Scholar-Practitioner award from Alliant International University’s Marshall Goldsmith School of Management.
As a consultant, he works with organizations to improve performance and leadership and to increase inclusion, focusing on assessment, coaching, dialogue, facilitation, and training in the context of diversity. His workshop designs and facilitation help to improve an organization’s work and psychology. His clients include: the city of San Diego, Eli Lilly, Federal Aviation Administration, Wells Fargo & Company, the World Bank, and others. He received his Ph.D., master’s, and bachelor’s degrees in psychology from Yale University.
