2009 Diabetes Support Group at Library Square

This free support group is designed for people who have diabetes, their families, friends and anyone who has an interest in learning more about diabetes. The group meets in select months and is facilitated by Pat Shapiro, RN, CDE, Parish Nurse. It is conducted through the Parish Nurse Program of Aurora Health Care and the First United Methodist Church of West Allis.
