Create Wisconsin’s Culturally Responsive Environment Conference

The CREATE a Culturally Responsive Environment Conference will be held June 29, 2009 through July 1, 2009 at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The conference will include Keynote presentations, 16 sectionals arranged into four strands, vendors, an exhibit, a poster session/social hour, and a movie screening with discussion. Keynotes include: Pedro Noguera, Kwabena Antoine Nixon and Muhibb Dyer, and Ruth Gudinas and Dorothy Davids of Full Circle Consulting. Tony Evers, the State Superintendent-Elect, will join us on Tuesday.

Registration Information

All participants must register for the conference online. There are Pay Pal, credit card and Purchase Order options available. Early Conference registration is open now for $125.00. The registration fee after June 15, 2009 is $150.00. Register at: Create Wisconsin.

Lodging Information

Hotel rooms are available at the state rate at both the Radisson Hotel & Conference Center and the Tundra Lodge in Green Bay, Wisconsin through June 10, 2009. Mention the CREATE Conference when registering.
