IFF Wisconsin
May 12, 2008
Mount Mary College hosted an IFF workshop in Milwaukee, providing vital information to a group of area nonprofits. The IFF, formerly the Illinois Facilities Fund, is the Midwest’s largest Community Development Financial Institution and is expanding in Wisconsin. IFF serves Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Missouri, and now Wisconsin. The Milwaukee seminar raised awareness of IFF’s services available to local nonprofit groups. Trinita Logue, IFF President and CEO, offered advice regarding financial strategizing and loan acquisition.
The lecture assured attendees that nonprofits with a proven track record, with demonstrated future demand, and a team of professionals could attain essential loans for capital growth. Robin Toewe, Assistant Director of Business Development, promoted its affordability, flexibility, understanding of nonprofits, and experienced reputation as a compelling argument for partnership. Together with the IFF, the area’s nonprofits can capitalize on expanded resources to boost credibility, grow as an organization, and provide quality aid to the area’s needs.
